What You'll Be Doing
Developing and commercialising innovative, cost-effective products across Yates' home garden categories
Planning and conducting laboratory, greenhouse and external product trials
Preparing development briefs and evaluating product performance and cost implications
Designing application trials that support product registration and marketing claims
Working with cross-functional teams to successfully commercialise new products.

What We're Looking for
A tertiary qualification in Horticulture or a related discipline and experience in research and development
Experience designing and conducting product or application trials
Robust analytical, data interpretation and problem-solving skills
The ability to translate technical information into clear, consumer-friendly content
Excellent planning, organisation and project-management capabilities
Strong communication and stakeholder-influencing skills
