This role involves overseeing shifts and running a designated area.
As a 24-hour business, we provide adaptable scheduling to accommodate your availability.
Working days and hours may be subject to change to meet the restaurant's requirements.
What can you expect on a day-to-day basis.
As a Shift Manager you are responsible for delivering outstanding QSC (Quality, Service Cleanliness), sales, people practices and profit on your shifts.
Supervise employees to ensure adherence to restaurant operations and procedures.




Comply with restaurant safety and security standards for a safe working environment Responsible for maintaining food safety to the highest standard.
Review and monitor guest counts and sales projections to align with shift targets and restaurant goals.
Actively seek customer feedback for an exceptional customer experience and repeat business.
Work within a team to deliver the best quality and experience for our customers.
Task and Duties include (but not limited to) Ensure to always promote a prompt and friendly service Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Plan work schedules and assign staff duties.
Hire, train, evaluate, and manage staff promotions or dismissals.
Training staff.
Handle complaints and decide on appropriate actions.
Monitor inventory and order new stock as needed.
Ensure to follow accurate pricing and proper product display.
Enforce safety procedures throughout the store.
Embraces and promotes the McDonalds open-door policy.
Qualifications Experience: Skills certificate 3 or 4 in Retail and minimum 1 years of relevant work experience.
OR 3 years of RELEVANT WORK experience might be considered in case where no formal qualifications.
