About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated Paediatric Unit.
Our 10-bed Children's Ward provides high-quality care to babies, children and adolescents with a range of medical and surgical conditions.
As a valued member of our team, you will work collaboratively with medical, nursing, allied health and support services to deliver safe, family-centred care and achieve the best possible outcomes for our young patients.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference while developing your paediatric nursing skills within a supportive and dynamic environment.
What you bring
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum 3 years of recent experience in an acute nursing setting, with recent paediatric experience highly desirable
* Demonstrated high-level clinical and problem-solving skills
* Effective communication abilities at all levels
* A commitment to ongoing education and professional development
* A Graduate Certificate in Nursing (Paediatrics) is highly desirable
