We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Trades Assistant to join our client's manufacturing plant.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong workshop background who enjoys hands-on work and supporting maintenance and production teams.
The successful candidate will be reliable, mechanically minded and confident using a range of hand and power tools.
About the Role You will be responsible for assisting the maintenance team and tradespeople with general workshop and manufacturing support, including: Assisting qualified tradespeople with maintenance and repair tasks Using a variety of hand and power tools Assisting with maintenance and production tasks as required Working safely and following all workplace procedures Working both independently and as part of a team Maintaining a high level of attention to detail About You To be considered for this position, you will ideally have:



Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting Previous workshop experience Welding knowledge or hands-on welding experience – mandatory Experience assisting tradespeople or maintenance teams Current Forklift Licence – essential Ability to use hand and power tools confidently Strong work ethic and a proactive approach What's on Offer?
