Job Description As part of the internal sales team, you'll play a key role in supporting customers, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and following up quotations Assisting customers with product enquiries and replacement solutions Processing purchase orders and sales orders Liaising with suppliers regarding pricing,



availability and lead times Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery Providing administrative and sales support to the wider team Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers Learning the company's products and systems to become a trusted internal contact You'll work closely alongside an experienced Internal Sales team member who will provide ongoing support and training as you develop in the role.
The Successful Applicant We're looking for someone with approximately 2+ years' experience in an internal sales, customer service, sales support, or order processing environment.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is organised, proactive and eager to learn.
Industry experience is not essential, as full product training will be provided.
You will have strong attention to detail, experience managing quotes and purchase orders.
Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to build a long-term career within a growing business.
Most importantly, you'll bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a willingness to get involved wherever needed.
