Reporting to the Health Services Manager, the primary objective of the Registered Mental Health Nurse is to enhance suicide prevention programs and strategies at the Fulham Correctional Centre.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Define and maintain the standard of nursing practice within the Correctional Centre Develop mental health nursing care plans for prisoners with a P rating Coordinate and undertake physical and mental health assessments on all new receptions entering the Correctional Centre Develop and implement suicide / self-harm strategies and regularly assess their effectiveness Salary on offer: Full-Time 112,****** Part-Time $***** p/h Skills
