About the Role The Regional Fleet Manager is responsible for developing, managing and growing the fleet business for BYD and DENZA within their designated region.
The role is responsible for executing the national fleet strategy at a regional level in Western Australia , building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate customers, government organisations, Fleet Management Organisations (FMOs), leasing and salary packaging providers, dealer partners and other key fleet stakeholders.
Working closely with the National Fleet Manager and the relevant Regional Manager, the Regional Fleet Manager will identify and convert fleet opportunities, support dealer fleet execution, and ensure regional fleet activities contribute to overall sales, volume,



revenue and market share objectives.
This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
Success in the role will require robust cross-functional collaboration with the Regional Manager, dealer network and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, drive execution and deliver regional fleet objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Fleet Business Development Develop and execute regional fleet activities in line with the national BYD and DENZA fleet strategy.
Achieve agreed regional fleet sales, volume and revenue objectives.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, government, SME, novated lease and medium-to-large fleet customers.
Build and maintain a strong regional fleet pipeline with clear opportunity management and conversion plans.
Proactively generate new fleet opportunities through direct customer engagement, referrals, industry relationships and dealer collaboration.
Represent BYD and DENZA professionally with fleet customers and industry stakeholders across the region.
Support the growth of both BYD and DENZA within relevant fleet segments.
