The opportunity As Senior Manager, Theory, you will lead a team of physicists and engineers focused on device physics and simulation.
Your team will deepen the theoretical understanding of experimental results and translate modelling insights into decisions that advance Diraq's technical milestones.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining strategy, people's leadership, program delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will connect theory with measurement, device engineering and quantum architecture, while building the capability,



tools and operating rhythm required for a growing quantum technology company.
Job Requirements A PhD, or equivalent research and industry experience, in physics, electrical engineering, quantum engineering or a closely related field.
Deep expertise in semiconductor device physics, quantum devices, condensed-matter physics or a closely related area relevant to silicon quantum-dot systems.
A strong record of using analytical and numerical methods to model physical systems and interpret experimental data.
Experience leading technical specialists and creating an environment of clarity, accountability, constructive challenge and skilled growth.
Demonstrated ability to set technical strategy, translate it into executable plans and deliver through competing priorities and dependencies.
