POSITION REPORTS TO: Housekeeping Manager POSITIONS REPORTING TO THIS POSITION: Nil KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Hospitality Operations Management team / Sales Owners / Guests PRIMARY OBJECTIVES: At Travel + Leisure our vision is to put the World on Vacation, in your positon as the Houseperson you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort in all common areas.
The House person is also responsible for the daily distribution of resort amenities with their daily operational requirements.

· Ensure linen delivery is not damaged / report and discrepancies to the Housekeeping Manager · Collect all dirty linen daily · Assist with the laundering of Resort owned linen · Clean common areas that are assigned to you · Ensure prompt action to all guest requests · Deliver amenities and consumables to all pantries daily · Do regular check of all corridors for cleanliness · Ensure all balconies and windows are clean Cleans common areas as assigned, in accordance with Company standard to ensure cleaning of all areas is satisfactorily completed Maintains pantry in a clean and orderly condition ensuring that the pantry is stocked with supplies as instructed by your Supervisor.
Ensure corridors and service areas are clean at all times · Perform duties common to all housekeeping activities as assigned · Inspect and clean on daily basis Resort Barbecue area · Assist with guest luggage on check in and check out as required · Assist F
