About the Role Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Support the Principal in leading the school community to develop and implement a shared educational vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students, deputising when required.
Uphold ethical, values-based leadership by embedding socially just, inclusive and equitable practices into daily school life.
Promote high standards of student and staff performance while fostering a culture of lifelong learning, skilled growth and continuous improvement.
Build strong partnerships with parents, government agencies, community groups, industry and business to enhance student learning and school outcomes.
Provide strategic, future-focused leadership by understanding relevant legislation and policies, and managing school resources effectively to achieve educational goals.
