About the Role
As a Casual Hospital Pharmacist, you will work closely with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, nursing staff, and medical teams to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centred pharmacy services.
Key responsibilities include:
Provision of clinical and operational pharmacy services
Medication dispensing and supply
Clinical review and medication management activities
Supporting medication safety and quality initiatives
Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Contributing to positive patient care outcomes
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centred care
