Pacific National in Sarina, QLD, is seeking a Driver Trainer to lead the development of train crews.
You will deliver hands-on and classroom training, assess competency and work with supervisors to ensure secure, high-performing operations.
The role requires a current Cert IV in Train Driving and a Cert IV in Training & Assessment, plus a proven track record as a Mainline or Mentor Driver.
A strong safety focus and coaching ability are essential.
Based at our Sarina depot in Queensland.
