In this role you will be responsible for developing and managing stakeholder relationships – driving increased enrolments and championing MAX Solutions as a Registered Training Organisation of choice.
The Role:
*
Stakeholder management with internal and external stakeholders
*
Implement and deliver on Sales and Contacts in the pipeline
*
Convert both cold and warm leads into student referrals and enrolments
*
Lead generation to create opportunities
*
Ability to travel locally, regionally and from time-to-time interstate
About You:
*
Proven ability to develop strong internal and external relationships that drive growth
*
Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
*
Demonstrated ability to achieve KPIs in a sales role
*
Ability to influence stakeholders to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome
*
Excellent communication skills
*
Proven experience achieving and exceeding targets
*
Significant experience in sales and delivering successful plans to agreed timeframes
*
Extensive experience in developing and maintaining customer relationships
