You will lead lab programs from concept to commercialization, developing premium timber coatings for Australian consumers and collaborating across technical, marketing, procurement, supply chain and operations.
The role offers exposure to full product development, from formulation to scale-up and market launch, contributing to sustainable, cost-effective solutions for decking
