Job Description Ownership of the end-to-end accounts payable process for multiple sites across Australia, including WA, NSW and QLD.
Three-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts Processing a high volume of supplier invoices Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies Managing supplier statement reconciliations Preparing and uploading supplier payment runs Liaising with operational sites across Australia regarding invoice approvals and receipting Responding to supplier and internal stakeholder queries Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls, and efficiencies within the AP function The Successful Applicant To be successful in this role, you will bring: Previous experience in a similar high-volume Accounts Payable position Comfortable with new systems and system improvements.
Excellent attention to detail Solid communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders across different sites Manufacturing, retail, distribution, FMCG, or similar industry experience will be highly regarded
