Protech is seeking experienced Civil Operators to join our team onsite at Foxleigh Mine.
We are specifically looking for operators with transferable machine operating experience who are ready to take the next step and build a rewarding future in production mining.
With structured training, ongoing support, and the opportunity to operate large-scale mining equipment, this role is ideal for civil operators looking to increase their earning potential and gain valuable mining experience.
Positions Available:
Civil Upskill Operators – $*****/hr.
+ $75 daily attendance bonus + $**** annual retention bonus

Upskill to operate machinery – CAT ***********
Flexible travel options available, with free BIBO services provided from Mackay, Bundaberg, Gladstone and Rockhampton.
7/7 even time roster (alternating dayshift & nightshift) – 12.5-hour shifts
$**** Annual Retention Bonus + Daily Site Attendance Bonuses
Full-time opportunities available with Protech & Client

The Successful Candidates Will Have:
Previous experience operating heavy machinery in a civil mining capacity
Machinery Evidence (Training Transcript/Site Authorisations/ RII Certificates)
Health Assessment (Coal Board Medical)
Standard 11
Current Drivers Licence
Two contactable references to verify experience/skills
Right to work in Australia
