People First Nursing is seeking empathetic, reliable aged care and disability support workers who hold a Certificate III or IV (or are currently studying nursing) to provide in-home, person-centred care in Canberra.
We value dignity, compassion, and skilled conduct in every visit.
Successful candidates will follow care plans, support daily living activities, assist with mobility, meals, dementia care, and maintain accurate documentation while working within a nurse-led, client-focused model.
