You will: Dial outbound calls to engage with customers who are actively seeking to reduce their utility costs.




Conduct a needs-based analysis to recommend the most competitive plans and providers.
Confidently handle objections by using your product knowledge and sales expertise Efficiently manage your daily call volume to meet targets/KPI's, and quality benchmarks.
Participate in coaching and feedback sessions to refine your skills.
