About the Candidate
We are looking for compassionate and enthusiastic Personal Care Assistants for an immediate start in casual positions.

, Minimum certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in personal care assistance or a related field is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with the elderly.
Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions.
National Police Clearance or NDIS card (or ability to obtain one).
Lions Haven operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so Candidates may be required to work a combination of morning, afternoon, evening, or weekend shifts.
