Demonstrate solid clinical leadership capability with experience applying clinical governance, quality improvement, safety and risk management principles within complex health service environments.
Bring demonstrated experience in medical education, teaching and supporting the development of Interns, TMOs, IMGs, junior medical staff and other healthcare professionals.
Demonstrate the ability to lead teams, foster a positive learning culture, build effective stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, education providers and professional bodies.
Demonstrate the proven ability to drive service improvement,



implement innovative approaches, support accreditation requirements and enhance education and training outcomes through evidence-based practice.
