Grill'd is firing up a brand-new Drive Thru restaurant in Chermside – and we're building a team of energetic, people-loving Team Members to bring the energy, speed, and epic service from day one.

What we're looking for:
Experience in QSR, hospitality, or customer service (ideal but not essential) / or maybe you're at high school looking for your first gig.
Drive Thru experience is a bonus – we'll train you up if you're new
Someone who thrives under pressure and brings positive energy to every shift
A team player who's ready to jump in and get involved
Availability for a mix of weekday, weeknight, and weekend shifts.
Whether you're flipping patties, chatting with guests, or making our signature chips sparkle with seasoning, you'll be part of a team that works hard, has fun, and makes a real impact in the community.
