JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
As Registered Nurse, you'll part of the clinical operations and outcomes, partnering with an engaged General Manager and multidisciplinary teams, backed by Australian Unity's 180-year legacy.
What You'll Do
Lead and develop a high-performing clinical and care team
Ensure protected, person-centred, compliant care every day
Support the clinical governance, documentation, AN-ACC , NQIP , risk & quality
Align services to resident preferences (Food, Lifestyle, Allied Health, Additional Services)
Manage budgets, workforce planning and resources
Support Better Together and occupancy outcomes
Roles available Perm Part Time- Tuesday through to Friday 7.00AM to 3.00PM




About the Candidate
RN with current AHPRA registration
Knowledge of AN-ACC , NQIP , ACQSC
Residential Aged Care leadership experience
Strong communication and coaching capability
Desirable: Minimum of 2+ years ' experience in Aged Care
