The Role /n
Working closely with project teams, WHSE Advisors, WHSE Managers and operational leaders, you'll play an significant role in maintaining a safe, compliant and high-performing work environment across our sites.
/n
/n
- Supporting the implementation of RCC's WHSE systems, standards and project-specific compliance requirements.
/n
- Assisting with workforce onboarding and inductions.
/n
- Conducting site inspections,
audits and safety observations.
/n
- Supporting risk assessments, SWMS reviews and hazard management activities.
/n
- Assisting with incident investigations, reporting and corrective actions.
/n
- Encouraging proactive hazard reporting and a positive safety culture across project teams.
/n
- Working closely with site leadership to ensure safe work practices are maintained at all times.
/n
What We’re Looking For /n
/n
- Tertiary qualifications in Workplace Health & Safety or a related discipline.
/n
- Previous experience in a construction, engineering or safety-related role.
/n
- ICAM or similar incident investigation training
/n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
/n
- A proactive and collaborative approach to safety.
/n
- Eagerness to learn, develop and build a long-term career in WHSE.
/n
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
