We're looking for reliable, values-driven people to join us as Lifestyle Support Workers in a casual capacity. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, if you care about people and want to make a difference, we want to hear from you.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES:

Supporting participants in everyday tasks, social and community activities

/n

- /n

Promoting independence, choice, and dignity with some level of personal care

/n

- /n

Working alongside participants to help them achieve their goals

/n

- /n





Collaborating with teammates to leave things better for the next worker

/n

- /n

2+ sleepovers per fortnight (inactive 10pm-6am)

/n

- /n

Some nights and weekends

/n

- /n

Working with someone that has a PBSP for behaviours

/n

- /n

Being someone that can be reliable and proactive with great communication skills

/n

/n

YOU'LL NEED (OR BE WILLING TO GET):

NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card)

/n

- /n

Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

/n

- /n

Driver's licence and reliable insured transport

/n

- /n

All valid work visa holders are welcome to apply for this position

COVID-19 vaccination is not mandatory, but some participants may prefer vaccinated workers - evidence may be requested in these circumstances.
