About the Role

/n

Reporting to the Duty Manager, you'll be the friendly face of our gaming room and food and beverage venues - delivering genuine hospitality, keeping guests safe and entertained, and helping create experiences that tell a story.

/n

Day to day you'll be:

/n

/n

- Welcoming guests to our gaming room and food and beverage venues with genuine, friendly service

/n

- Operating and maintaining gaming machines, TAB and Keno terminals to a high standard

/n

- Championing responsible gambling, spotting signs of harm and acting in line with our RSG obligations

/n

- Handling cash, processing payouts and reconciling tills accurately

/n





- Checking ID and monitoring the venue for compliance with liquor and gaming regulations

/n

- Preparing and serving food and beverages to a high standard across our pub and restaurants

/n

- Taking orders and providing attentive table and bar service that keeps guests coming back

/n

- Building genuine relationships with regulars and making every guest feel like part of the family

/n

- Keeping the gaming room and food and beverage areas clean, well-presented and welcoming

/n

What We're Looking For

/n

/n

- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) competency cards

/n

- Experience in gaming, food and beverage, or hospitality

/n

- Confidence handling cash and operating gaming/EGM or POS systems

/n

- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service

/n

- A team player who takes direction well and brings a positive attitude

/n

- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays

/n
