Join our team as a Casual Cleaner, helping maintain a range of community facilities across the Alexandria area.

Position: Cleaner
/n
Location: Alexandria, NSW
/n Roster: Monday to Friday
/n Hours: 5:00am to 9:00am
/n Pay: From $33.85 per hour + penalties + super
/n Start Date: ASAP
/n Employment Type: Casual, with opportunities to transition into a permanent position based on performance and business requirements
/n Additional Hours: Weekend shifts may be available
What You’ll Be Cleaning /n
You will work across community facilities including:
/n
/n
- Libraries
/n
- Childcare centres
/n
- Town halls
/n
- Community centres
/n
- Recreation facilities
/n
- Depot facilities
/n
Duties /n
/n
- Cleaning bathrooms and amenities
/n
- Maintaining kitchens and staff areas
/n
- Dusting surfaces and touchpoints
/n
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
/n
- Emptying bins and removing rubbish
/n
Training & Work Locations /n
During training, you will work across multiple sites in Alexandria, usually visiting 2 to 4 locations per shift.
/n
Once fully trained, you will move to a primary site and follow a fortnightly roster, starting and finishing each shift from the same location.
About You /n
To be successful, you will have:
/n
/n
- Previous cleaning experience (preferred)
/n
- A reliable vehicle to travel between sites
/n
- Good English communication skills
/n
- Solid attention to detail
/n
- A reliable and punctual work ethic
/n
- Ability to work independently and in a team
/n
- Physical fitness to perform all cleaning duties
/n
Requirements /n
/n
- National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
/n
- Ability to pass a medical assessment and random Drug & Alcohol tests
/n
/n
/n
- Consistent weekday morning shifts
/n
