About the Role
Abbey Beach Resort is seeking a skilled and motivated Cook to join our professional kitchen team in Busselton, WA.
In this permanent, full-time role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality meals that enhance our guests' dining experience. Your culinary skills and passion for food will contribute to our reputation in the hospitality industry.

What You'll Do: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and dietary requirements
Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and hygienic manner, adhering to health and safety regulations
Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients
Follow recipes and portion controls for consistency
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and work areas
Provide excellent customer service by accommodating special requests and dietary restrictions
Support a positive, values-driven team culture
We’re Looking For: Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar role
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Passion for cooking and a creative approach to food preparation
Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a busy kitchen
Passion for seasonal, high-quality ingredients
