Job Description

Sephora Charlestown is seeking a part time Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) for a 6-month fixed-term. You will be part of a busy Sephora store, delivering exceptional customer service and guiding customers through product discoveries across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness.

Onboarded through Sephora's learning platform with ongoing field training, you will engage with customers, share product knowledge, and grow within a global luxury beauty group.
