We are seeking reliable, skilled and compassionate support workers with strong experience across both mental health and disability support. You will be providing person-centred, capacity-building supports within participants' homes and in the community.
/n
Key responsibilities
/n
/n
- Mental health and psychosocial support
/n
- Daily living and personal care
/n
- Community access and social engagement
/n
- Medication prompting (where applicable)
/n
- Behaviour support plan implementation
/n
- Routine-based supports
/n
- Transport to appointments and activities
/n
- Work independently and follow participant plans
/n
/n
About you
/n
/n
- Minimum 1 year experience in mental health support
/n
- Minimum 1 year experience in disability support
/n
- Current Driver's Licence
/n
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
/n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
/n
- Qualifications in Mental Health or related field (minimum Cert III)
/n
- Two qualified work references
/n
- NDIS Orientation Module
/n
- Experience with complex mental health presentations
/n
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
/n
/n
