Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia is seeking a Change Specialist for the TEMRS project in Darwin. The role focuses on providing expert change management, stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments and integration with project plans to enable workforce readiness and adoption.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will support protected, practical change delivery, coordinate governance, mitigate risks and drive effective communications across leaders and frontline teams, until 31 March 2028.
