/n As the Restaurant Manager, you'll take ownership of your restaurant, leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales, profitability and team engagement. You'll play a key role in developing your people, improving performance and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What we're looking for /n

- Leadership experience within casual dining, QSR or food retail

/n

- A positive, motivated leader who enjoys getting the best out of their team

/n

- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads from the front

/n

- Confident managing daily restaurant operations, including customer service, staffing, compliance, food safety and resolving operational challenges

/n

- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt and continuously improve

/n

- Competitive, driven and passionate about delivering great results while building a strong team culture
