We’re currently looking for a polished, people-first Receptionist (Casual) to join our front-of-house team. This is more than a front desk role—it's an prospect to shape memorable first impressions while supporting the ongoing OEM training coordination.

The Role /n

As the face of Brisbane BMW, you’ll create a warm, professional and effortless experience for every guest, every time. Alongside reception duties, you’ll play a key role in coordinating training that supports our people to perform at their best.

/n

- Delivering a welcoming, attentive and memorable arrival experience for our clients

/n

- Managing reception operations, including calls, emails and guest enquiries

/n





- Supporting administrative processes with efficiency and attention to detail

/n

- Building strong relationships with internal teams and external training partners

/n

About You /n

You’re organised, energetic and naturally service driven. You anticipate needs, stay one step ahead, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people.

/n

- Experience in a reception, front-of-house or administrative role

/n

- Exceptional communication skills and a warm, professional presence

/n

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask with ease

/n

- A proactive mindset and high attention to detail

/n

- Confidence using Microsoft Office and scheduling systems

/n

- Available to work every Saturday - penalty rates apply!
