About the role:
/n
We have an exciting role as a parts trainee to undertake the study of Certificate III in Automotive Sales (AUR31020) based at AFGRI Equipment's South Guildford Ag branch.
/n
Upon completion of the traineeship, successful parts trainees progress into Parts Sales Representative roles within AFGRI Equipment.
/n
The Parts Trainee will assist the parts department with day to day sales and warehousing functions to ensure customer satisfaction. These may include but not limited to.
/n
Ensure the correct computer input of all goods received.
/n
Charging of daily invoices / packing slips from suppliers to Customers and service job cards.
/n
Maintain up to date the parts database and price lists.
/n
Unpack all freight.
/n
Stock to shelves.
/n
Undertake and successfully complete all training requirements both external and internal.
/n
To attend to counter service and Customer phone enquires as needed.
/n
Promote sales / follow up on sales by all possible means.
/n
Ensure all parts are charged prior to leaving the premises.
/n
About you:
/n
Completed Year 12
/n
Able to work in a close knit team in a high paced in workplace.
/n
Have an interest in Agriculture and Machinery.
/n
