On Track Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Civil Marine Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading port operations organisation based in Fremantle, WA.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor with a strong background in civil construction, structural remediation and marine infrastructure maintenance to oversee essential maintenance works across operational wharves, jetties, seawalls and breakwaters.

As the Civil Marine Maintenance Supervisor, you will coordinate and oversee planned and reactive maintenance works across marine civil assets, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supervise contractors undertaking maintenance and structural repairs to wharves, jetties, seawalls and breakwaters.
- Coordinate maintenance works involving marine piles, suspended decks, superstructures and other civil assets.
- Review inspection reports,



identify maintenance requirements and prepare scopes of work.
- Monitor contractor performance, safety compliance, quality standards and project progress.
- Assist with maintenance budgets, schedules, procurement and tender documentation.
- Coordinate site inductions, permits, materials and required testing.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and contractors to ensure maintenance works are completed effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation, asset records and maintenance reports.

What We're Looking For Essential:

- Trade qualifications in Civil or Marine Construction, or 7+ years of extensive relevant experience.
- Strong background in civil construction, maintenance or structural remediation.
- Demonstrated experience supervising contractors and coordinating maintenance works.
- Sound understanding of workplace health and safety legislation and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- Current C or CA class driver's licence.

Highly Regarded:

- Experience maintaining or repairing wharves, jetties, seawalls, breakwaters or other coastal marine structures.
- Background in marine concrete remediation, structural repairs or piling works.
- Experience in maintenance supervision and contract administration.
- Qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction, Project Management or Maintenance Management.
