Rexel Geelong is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Branch Manager to lead our branch team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused leader who can build strong customer relationships, drive sales performance and create a positive, safe and high-performing branch environment.

As Branch Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our customers across the electrical, trade and commercial sectors while developing your team and contributing to the continued growth of the Geelong branch.

- Leading, coaching and developing the Geelong branch team
- Creating a positive,



accountable and customer-focused team culture
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch across sales, warehouse, inventory and customer service
- Driving branch sales, profitability and customer growth
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, suppliers and industry partners
- Identifying recent business opportunities and supporting the team to achieve sales targets
- Working closely with Territory Sales Managers and the wider Rexel network to maximise customer and commercial outcomes
- Champion an already strong safety culture.
