An established HVAC business is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join its growing team, servicing a range of commercial clients across Sydney CBD and the Western Suburbs.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated technician who is willing to work hard, enjoys hands-on service and maintenance, and is keen to develop their skills and progress within a reputable business offering consistent work and competitive pay.

The role is focused on preventative maintenance, fault finding and breakdown repairs.

About the Role
- Carry out preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose faults and complete breakdown repairs




- Troubleshoot air conditioning systems and mechanical plant
- Complete service reports and maintenance documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship

What We’re Looking For
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- Previous experience in commercial HVAC service and maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Current driver’s licence
- Good communication skills and a skilled approach
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service schedules
