As Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time within a complex payroll environment where Award and EBA interpretation is a critical component of the role. Working as part of a collaborative and professional team, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise while contributing to a business that genuinely values accuracy, service and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end payroll activities
- Interpret and apply Awards, EBAs, allowances and penalties
- Review and process timesheets accurately
- Respond to payroll enquiries
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Support payroll reporting and compliance activities

About You:
- Demonstrated payroll experience is necessary
- Strong Award and EBA interpretation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience working with Payroll system Astute and Xero are advantageous
- Intermediate Excel experience
