To be successful you will have the following:

- Ideally a Construction Management degree or equivalent tertiary qualification
- Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager for an established construction company
- High rise project experience is extremely attractive
- Ability to manage a team of Contract Administrators and supervisors
- Commercially astute

We have a outstanding opportunity for a Project Manager to join a well known and highly respected builder/Developer up and down the East Coast.



They are privately owned business who have had consistent year on year growth with their staff and project turnover.

The project team will consist of an experienced Site Manager, 2 X Foreman, as well as an experienced Contracts Administrator, and cadets to help make you as an effective a leader as possible. They also have a very healthy relationship with their subcontractors and suppliers.
