Talent Focus is partnering with National Dental Care to recruit an experienced Dental Practice Manager for a busy four-chair dental practice in Toowoomba.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on practice management skilled who understands the dental industry, enjoys leading a team and can keep a practice running smoothly while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

The initial engagement will run through to January 2028, with the possibility of ongoing employment beyond this period.

The opportunity
As the Dental Practice Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the practice, supporting the dental team, maintaining operational standards and ensuring patients receive a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Working closely with clinicians and support staff, you will help create an organised, productive and welcoming practice environment.
Key responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of a four-chair dental practice.
- Lead, support and coordinate the dental team.




- Manage appointment scheduling, patient flow and administrative processes.
- Monitor practice performance, productivity and operational targets.
- Support patient enquiries, feedback and service delivery.
- Assist with staff rostering, training and performance management.
- Maintain compliance with relevant dental, workplace health and safety requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, team performance and the overall patient experience.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Previous experience managing or supervising a dental practice — dental industry experience is essential.
- A sound understanding of dental practice operations, workflows and patient management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A practical, proactive approach to problem-solving and day-to-day operations.
- A genuine commitment to patient care, service quality and team culture.

You will be comfortable taking ownership, building positive relationships with clinicians and staff, and ensuring the practice operates efficiently.
