This independent engineering consultancy covers surveying, town planning and urban design under one roof. They’re after a Senior Civil Project Manager to steer subdivision projects from feasibility through to titles. You’ll be the person developers call first, and the one consultants and authorities trust to keep the civils of the project on track.

What you’ll be doing

- Leading civils for land development projects end to end; strategy, design, scope, programme, budget and relationships...
- Not however, the whole project - only the civils.
- Owning the client relationship; developers will see you as their go-to rather than just another contact

What you’ll bring

- 8-20 years' land development project management experience,



ideally from a consultancy
- A working knowledge of the Victorian planning and subdivision process; you know where projects stall and how to unstick them
- Calm, transparent communication with clients and authorities alike
- A background in design, PM or construction
