Key Responsibilities:

- Administer head contracts and subcontracts from initial award to final account.
- Manage project variations, procurement, and progress claims across multiple sites.
- Assist with budget reviews and monthly financial forecasting for projects up to $20M.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure seamless commercial delivery.
- Maintain precise cost records and oversee all statutory compliance documentation.

What You’ll Bring:

- At least 2+ years of CA experience within the Australian construction industry.
- Strong background in the commercial sector (Education or Government experience preferred).
- Sharp understanding of procurement processes and cost control methodologies.




- Ability to manage commercial requirements across multiple concurrent projects.
- Currently based in Perth with full Australian working rights.
