- Evaluate operational site metrics to drive ongoing process improvements.
- Align technical engineering plans directly with daily site production.

What You'll Bring:

- Advanced Surpac skills covering open-pit design, scheduling, and blasting.
- Hands-on technical background across drill, blast, load, and haul operations.
- Strong technical leadership skills to support on-site mining teams.
- Demonstrated experience in mine scheduling,

- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering with full Australian working rights.
- Clear communication skills to collaborate effectively across site departments.
