We're partnering with a leading organisation in the healthcare and aged care sector embarking on a significant enterprise-wide technology transformation.

We're seeking a technically strong Enterprise Architect to establish and shape the organisation's enterprise architecture, supporting the selection and implementation of a new Care Management System (CMS) and its broader technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Define enterprise architecture frameworks, principles and future-state roadmaps.
- Lead architectural planning across CMS, ERP, CRM and Finance platforms.
- Provide architectural governance and direction to Solution Architects and delivery teams.
- Establish alignment across enterprise applications, integrations, data architecture and governance.
- Work closely with Technology, Data and Transformation leaders to influence strategic decisions.

What You'll Bring





- Proven Enterprise Architecture experience within complex technology environments.
- Strong technical capability across enterprise systems, integrations and solution design.
- Experience with ERP, CRM or major enterprise platform implementations.
- Understanding of data architecture and governance.
- Solid executive stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Healthcare, aged care, CMS or TechnologyOne experience highly regarded.
