We’re recruiting for a major business that supplies power and energy solutions to some of Australia's most exciting projects across mining, infrastructure, grid power, and the electrical industry.

Think large-scale power generation, generators, and energy infrastructure and equipment that keep major projects running.

The business is expanding its Australian operations, and its Perth branch is entering an exciting growth period.

They’re looking for someone to link customers, sales, branch operations, and the workshop, keeping things organised, jobs moving, and customers happy.

And here's the exciting part.

This role has been identified as the pathway into Branch Management as the operation grows.

The Opportunity

This is a excellent role for someone who enjoys being across everything happening in a branch.
One minute you're speaking with a customer about an equipment requirement. The next you're coordinating with the workshop, following up on an order, solving a delivery issue or helping the sales team get a project moving.

You'll be working with technical equipment used in some pretty impressive applications across Australia, while learning how a growing branch operates commercially and operationally.
You'll have the backing of a large international business, exposure to different departments and the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as the team expands.





Who We're Looking For

You don't need to have managed a branch before. But you should have the potential and ambition to get there.

You might currently be a:

- Sales & Operations Coordinator
- Service Coordinator or Workshop Coordinator
- Senior Hire Controller
- Assistant Branch Manager
- Internal Sales or Customer Service Supervisor
- Operations Administrator ready for a bigger challenge

We're looking for someone who:

- Can communicate confidently with customers, technicians, and senior management.
- Understands that good branch operations depend on strong communication and coordination.
- Enjoys solving problems and can juggle competing priorities.
- Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
- Has commercial awareness and enjoys the customer-facing side of a business.
- Wants to learn, grow and eventually lead a team.

Salary: Up to $100K + Super, negotiable for the right person.
