We're looking for a versatile, customer-focused team member who can wear multiple hats, from delivering and installing equipment to building strong relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be splitting your time between the depot, customer sites, and the road, representing the business and ensuring customers receive outstanding service every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate an MR truck for deliveries throughout the region
- Operate a HIAB crane to load, unload and position equipment
- Install and commission equipment at customer sites
- Carry out basic 12V electrical work and fault finding (where applicable)
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Identify and generate new business opportunities while on the road
- Assist with general depot duties when required

What We're Looking For
- Current MR Truck Licence




- Minimum 2 years' experience driving an MR truck
- Proven HIAB operating experience (essential)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site
- 12V electrical experience, including fault finding (preferred)
- Mechanically minded with a hands-on attitude
- Professional presentation and ability to represent the business positively
