Experienced Owners Corporation Manager required for a well-established, professional Owners Corporation management business in Melbourne’s CBD.

Spire Recruitment is seeking a capable and experienced Owners Corporation Manager to manage a varied portfolio and work within a collaborative, highly experienced team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established OC Manager who enjoys managing complex matters, building strong committee relationships and taking genuine ownership of their portfolio. The position offers flexibility once you are established, balanced with the support and guidance of senior industry professionals.

The role:
Your portfolio will be tailored according to your experience and capability. You will be trusted to manage your work independently while having knowledgeable support available when required.
Key responsibilities include:

- Managing a portfolio of Owners Corporations
- Handling complex issues with confidence, care and sound judgement
- Building strong relationships with committees, owners, contractors and stakeholders
- Preparing for and chairing committee meetings, with a minimum of four meetings annually
- Attending meetings in person, including after-hours meetings where required
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs, compliance, insurance and contractor activity
- Providing clear, timely communication and practical advice to committees
- Completing all portfolio administration and follow-up to a high standard

About you:
To be successful, you will bring:

- Proven experience as an Owners Corporation Manager or Strata Manager
- Confidence running committee meetings and managing stakeholder expectations
- Experience dealing with complex OC matters and competing priorities
- Strong written communication, administration and time-management skills
- A calm, solutions-focused and professional approach
- The ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with a team
- A genuine commitment to delivering responsive, high-quality service

This role is suited to an experienced OC Manager seeking flexibility, autonomy and the backing of a knowledgeable team.

Salary range $100,000 - $130,000 + Super dependent on your experience
