We're growing across Brisbane South predominately Logan and Ipswich and are looking for an experienced Positive Behavior Support Practitioner to join our supportive and clinician-led team.

Please Note: Applications will only be considered from candidates who are currently registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.

The Opportunity
As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you'll work closely with participants, families,



support teams and other clinicians to create meaningful change and improve quality of life outcomes.

You'll be responsible for:

- Conducting comprehensive behaviour and functional assessments
- Developing evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans
- Delivering person-centred, capacity-building strategies
- Preparing high-quality clinical reports and recommendations
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Managing appointments and caseload responsibilities effectively
- Delivering services in line with NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislation

What You'll Bring
We're looking for a practitioner who is passionate about delivering high-quality supports and achieving positive outcomes for people with disability.

To be successful, you'll have:

- Current registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (mandatory)
- Strong assessment, report writing and stakeholder engagement skills
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
