Halcyon Knights is partnering with an established technology and communications solutions provider seeking an experienced Unified Communications Technician to support the delivery, installation and maintenance of enterprise voice and critical communications systems.
This is a hands-on technical opportunity working across a range of communications platforms, with exposure to complex customer environments and projects across Australia.

The Role You'll work with a variety of unified communications and telephony technologies, supporting customer installations, upgrades, integrations and technical troubleshooting.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Installing, configuring and supporting enterprise telephony and unified communications platforms.
- Troubleshooting voice, SIP connectivity, call routing and system integration issues.
- Supporting paging, alarm notification and critical messaging solutions.
- Assisting with system upgrades, commissioning and ongoing technical support.
- Working directly with customers and project teams to deliver communications solutions.




- Travelling to regional and interstate client sites as required.

What We're Looking For We're interested in technicians and engineers with hands-on experience across one or more of the following technologies:

- SPOK
- MobiCall
- OSCAR
- AudioCodes
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
- HiPath PAX
- Microsoft Teams Telephony
- Other major SIP-based telephony platforms

You'll ideally bring:

- Experience installing, configuring or supporting enterprise communications systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across voice, telephony or unified communications environments.
- An understanding of SIP, VoIP and associated networking technologies.
- Confidence working directly with customers and technical delivery teams.
- Flexibility to travel to regional and interstate locations for project delivery.

Experience across multiple platforms or specialist paging and critical communications solutions will be highly regarded.
