The Opportunity
This established Brisbane builder is looking for an experienced Estimator to take ownership of tenders across its growing new-build division, primarily delivering education projects valued between $5M and $20M.
You'll join a team of four, working alongside a hands-on Estimating Manager who is looking for someone capable of independently managing the new-build tender workload.
With typically two tenders on the go at any one time, you'll have the time and support to produce accurate, competitive submissions without being overloaded.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Manage tenders for new-build projects valued $5M - $20M
- Prepare estimates, take-offs and tender submissions using CostX and Excel
- Coordinate subcontractor pricing and supplier quotations
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation
- Identify project risks, opportunities and value engineering options
- Work with the Estimating Manager on tender strategy and submissions
- Contribute to construction methodologies and programmes where required

What You’ll Bring

- Estimating experience across commercial new build construction projects
- Confidence managing tenders independently from start to submission
- CostX experience highly regarded
