Due to continued growth here at Sirrom we are currently recruiting for a brand-new role for a Mine Site Manager. This role will be responsible for the mine site cleaning crews at three QLD sites and one in NSW (Wilpinjong).

The Role:

- Travel to three mine site cleaning sites in the Mackay region and one in NSW
- Happy to be hands-on as required
- Work with current Mine Site Supervisors
- Would suit previous Village Manager with Mine Site experience or Housekeeping or Mine Site Supervisors
- Adaptable roster but 7/7 not preferred
- Ability to travel into/out from site

We’re looking for candidates with:

- A Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 are essential
- G1, G2, G8, G9 are preferred
- Previous team management experience
- Hands-on experience with commercial/industrial cleaning and catering services
- Ability to maintain strict health & hygiene standards and systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure




- Friendly and considerate attitude to promote a positive work environment

To be considered, you must have or be willing to obtain:

- Australian Driver's Licence (must be any Australian State)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen
- Have a recent National Police Check
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
